The location was very good. The shower was hot and of a good pressure.
Overall, it was an extremely limited experience. Although, for the price it was no surprise. My room was extremely bare and felt almost like a cell. Although I did have a personal shower room and toilet, the toilet cubicle was missing a wall - the gap led directly out into a waste area that was open to the sky and was only covered by a bamboo curtain. Check out time was listed as from 7am, but when I left at 8 there was no one on reception to check me out. I was also left a message at reception, which was not passed on to me.

The wireless internet connection is good. At least it was for me on the second floor. The hotel is centrally located. My economy room had a small shower stall and a sink. The toilet was in the hallway, but I never had to wait for it. For 65 Euro, I was right in the middle of town. Perfect for a convention. And again, with the wireless connection, a small desk and a small but surprisingly comfortable bed, the room was sufficient. The staff is friendly and was helpful where I was concerned.
The bedding is clean...so don't worry about that. But beyond that, the room is a little rough. For anyone but a single man, I think it would probably not be acceptable. The carpet was worn and very dirty. The desk lamp was broken. I believe the TV was broken as well. The shower head was broken, but I fixed it. There are still dead mosquitos stuck to the walls of my room...but I think the more expensive rooms may be nicer. Again, for 65 Euro in Cannes what do you expect?
